Luna Guitars To Donate Acoustic Guitars To Raise Money For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Tampa, FL —August 18, 2017 — Luna Guitars, most commonly known for its art inspired acoustic guitars and a leader in the ukulele movement, has recently partnered with The Big 98, Nashville’s No.1 for new country music, to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at the annual Guitar-B-Que on Wednesday, August 23 at Ascend Amphitheater.
The annual concert event hosted by iHeartMedia Nashville’s The BIG 98 will feature performances from artists such as Brett Eldridge, Chris Janson, Michael Ray, Devin Dawson, Ben Rue and DJ Sinister. Luna Guitars will donate several acoustic guitars to be signed by the performing artists including Brett Eldridge. The signed Vista Eagle guitar will be auctioned for charity and all proceeds will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“ACCU-CHEK Guide Guitar-B-Que is a staple event in the Nashville scene. The locals love it and we wanted to be a part of the fun but more importantly we hope the guitar donations help make a big impact in terms of donations for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” said Adam Gomes, Director of Marketing & Artist Relations for Luna Guitars. “We look forward to continuing our partnership with iHeartMedia.”
Additionally, Luna Guitars will be operating a photo booth where attendees can take a picture with Luna instruments. VIP attendees will be able to try an instrument of their choice, ranging from guitars to banjos to ukuleles. Instruments include but not limited to: ART Vintage Dread, ART Recorder, Vista Deer, Vista Eagle, Tattoo Mahogany Ukulele and a Luna Banjo.
The ART Vintage Dread Solid Top Distressed is a New for 2017 guitar that features a vintage rustic look that is received well by country artists, songwriters and anyone that loves creativity.
