if you need assistance with warranty or repair service.
If you encounter a problem, please follow these three steps for service:
- If you have a warranty or repair problem, first, please contact
your Luna Dealer.
- After contacting your dealer, you may also email a description of your
service issue to Luna Guitars at questions@lunaguitars.com.
- If the problem isn't resolved to your satisfaction after you've tried the
